i . <br /> EUGENE CO#2004-05321 <br /> INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> AMENDMENT #5 <br /> WHEREAS, Lane Council of Governments, an organization of governments within Lane <br /> County, Oregon, hereinafter referred to as LCOG, and City of Eugene, hereinafter <br /> referred to as CITY entered into an intergovernmental agreement on November 6, 2003 <br /> for grant writing services in support of the RiverPlay Park Improvement Project. The <br /> agreement was amended on November 24, 2003 to increase the compensation by <br /> $400 to cover an additional task; on January 15, 2004 to increase the compensation by <br /> $1,000 to cover an additional task and extend the ending date; on February 25, 2004 to <br /> increase the compensation by $10,000, add additional tasks and extend the ending <br /> date.; and on August 17, 2004 to increase the compensation by $2,000 and extend the <br /> ending date through June 30, 2005. <br /> WHEREAS, LCOG and CITY mutually agree to the following amendments to the <br /> contract: <br /> 1. The scope of work will be amended to include additional Grant Writing tasks <br /> as outlined in Attachment A. <br /> 2.
