<br /> i 3 <br /> EUGENE CO#2004-05321 <br /> INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> AMENDMENT #3 <br /> WHEREAS, Lane Council of Governments, an organization of governments within Lane <br /> County, Oregon, hereinafter referred to as LCOG, and City of Eugene, hereinafter <br /> referred to as CITY entered into an intergovernmental agreement on November 6, 2003 <br /> for grant writing services in support of the RiverPlay Park Improvement Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, LCOG and CITY amended the contract on November 24, 2003 to increase <br /> the compensation by $400 to cover an additional task; and <br /> WHEREAS, LCOG and CITY amended the contract on January 15, 2004 to increase <br /> the compensation by $1,000 and extend the contract ending date to cover an additional <br /> task; and <br /> WHEREAS, LCOG and CITY mutually agree to the following amendments to the <br /> contract: <br /> 1. The Scope of Work will be revised to include the additional tasks as outlined <br /> in Attachment A, Grant Writing/Coordination Addendum. <br /> ',I 2. The date will be extended through June 30, 2004. <br /> 3.
