Contractor is engaged in the business of Concrete faux rock art. <br /> B. City desires to engage Contractor to provide the Services describe ~ , <br /> Contractor is willing to provide such Services on the terms and con ~ <br /> C. The following are attached and incorporated as a part of this contra ~i <br /> Exhibit A -City of Eugene Standard Contract Provisions <br /> Exhibit B -Scope of Services and Schedule of Rates <br /> Exhibit C -Conceptual Illustration of work to be completed <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> 1. Services to be provided. Contractor agrees to provide to City the following services ("the <br /> Work"). <br /> Construct free standing concrete art "basalt columns" per attached illustrations and input <br /> from designer in the field, adjacent to, but not connected to, composite play structure to be <br /> installed by others. <br /> 2. Time for Completion. Contractor shall commence work by August 19, 2005, and shall <br /> complete the Work prior to September 15, 20 S~ <br /> o~ o <br /> 3. Compensation. Subject to City s right of o set for breach, Contractor will bill City for the <br /> Services, not-to-exceed $9,GiGG.OG-by submitting periodic invoices that conform to the <br /> ~y,,~ requirements of Exhibit B. City will make payments within 0 days of receipt of a properly <br /> J submitted invoice.
