Exhibit `B' <br /> Scone of Services and Schedule of Rates <br /> Construct free standing concrete art "basalt columns" per attached illustration, Exhibit <br /> `C', and input from designer in the field, adjacent to, but not connected to, composite <br /> play structure to be installed by others. Approximate dimensions of completed work <br /> shall be approximately 16' wide by maximum 14' in height. Concrete rock work shall <br /> not extend more than 20" above top of posts on adjacent composite play structure. <br /> City of Eugene will provide the following: <br /> 1) All additional in-field labor as requested and required by Robinson Earthscaping <br /> 2} Materials in quantities and sizes as required by Robinson Earthscaping, delivered <br /> to the site: <br /> Concrete Silica Sand <br /> Bagged Cement Lime <br /> Rebar Rubber Gloves <br /> Expanded metal lath 6" Concrete Block <br /> Rebar tie wire <br /> Additional materials required for construction shall be supplied by Ray Robinson of <br /> Robinson Earthscaping. The contractor shall be compensated for contractor-supplied <br /> materials upon receipt of invoices listing materials and associated costs. <br /> Contractor shall be paid at the rate of $45.00 per hour for labor and travel time, plus <br /> compensation for contractor-supplied materials as noted above. Payment schedule shall <br /> be as follows: <br /> $1,000 deposit to be delivered to contractor on first day of work on site. <br /> Up to 50% of remainder of contract to be paid at two week interval upon receipt <br /> of invoice for labor and materials. <br /> Final payment due to contractor upon receipt of invoice for labor and materials at <br /> project completion. <br /> Payment for intermediate and final invoices shall be made within 10 days of <br /> receipt of invoice. <br /> Total contract price shall not exceed $9,500 for work to be completed by Robinson <br /> <br /> Earthscaping., including labor and contractor-supplied materials. <br /> <br />
