j,- _ ,
PRpUDFOOT Emily A
From: HOSTICK Robin A
Sent: Friday, September 29, 2006 1:30 PM
To: PROUDFOOT Emily A
Cc: WEISS Carolyn J; RISDAL Lacey L; PETERSON Carrie A
Subject: Final RiverPlay Budget
Attachments: EAP finalbudget_REVS.pdf
Hi Emily -thanks for the final budget numbers. My apologies in advance for not getting this
information to you right after our meeting, however Carrie, Lacey and I met to discuss the Fund
187 status for RiverPlay. The upshot is that in previous numbers I didn't account for the fact that
in-kind donations no longer factor into the equation, as they would have theoretically reduced the
total cost rather than providing additional funding. This represents about $30k additional that
we'll need to allocate through the bond (arbitrage savings).
Previous shortfall, as previously summarized: $75k
Subtraction of in-kind from current revenue: $30k
total need $105k
There is still $6,409 in revenue to-date remaining to be appropriated for RiverPlay from Fund 187.
Carrie confirmed that this amount covers items completed and does not need to be withheld (i.e.
it can be used to cover current expenditures).
All else looks like it's in order. Attached is a marked-up copy of the revisions to the final budget
sheet.
