Number I requested for Northwest Playgrounds (#2006-015430). They have agreed to <br /> provide the bollard to the City for free as compensation for additional City staff time and effort required to sort out installation and <br /> operation of previous products we had purchased. They failed to provide us with adequate product and design information on <br /> these previous purchases so we spent a lot of extra time trying to sort out how it was all supposed to work. I sent a letter <br /> requesting that they compensate us for this time and we agreed that the bollard I have ordered would be adequate <br /> compensation. I've attached a copy of my original letter to the vendor.
