The activities are broken down into four primary <br /> activity codes: Dragonfly Bend Habitat Enhancement Project (non-mitigation bank), Dragonfly <br /> Bend Mitigation Bank TA, General POS Assistance, and Mitigation Bank TA. <br /> Fourth Quarter Services Provided <br /> Dragonfly Bend Habitat Enhancement Project: <br /> • Attended team meetings <br /> • Provided background materials and maps of adjacent mitigation site to project manager <br /> Dragonfly Bend Mitigation Bank TA: <br /> • Created Word files from MIP for use in EA <br /> General POS Assistance <br /> • Provided maps and materials for the Rivers and Ridges lobbying effort now underway <br /> Mitigation Bank TA <br /> • Attended FOG mitigation bank site assessment meetings and site visits, taking notes of <br /> recommended actions for 2004. A total of 10 mitigation bank sites. <br /> • Compiled notes from site visits. <br /> Direct Expenses: <br /> • Travel <br /> Work Program Status <br /> Enclosed is an invoice for $4,994 for the work completed during the first quarter of FY 04. 73% <br /> of this technical assistance contract ($20,003) remains available for use over then next two <br /> quarters. <br /> (over) <br /> <br />
