The activities are broken down into four primary activity codes: Dragonfly Bend <br /> Habitat Enhancement Project (non-mitigation bank); Dragonfly Bend Mitigation Bank TA; General POS <br /> Assistance; and Mitigation Bank TA. <br /> Third Quarter Services Provided <br /> Dragonfly Bend Habitat Enhancement Project: <br /> • Attended a team meeting <br /> • Developed a site map over an aerial photo base and context map for inclusion in the Environmental <br /> Assessment and permitting documents <br /> Dragonfly Bend Mitigation Bank TA: <br /> • Updated Dragonfly Bend Action Plan Map <br /> • Conducted a site visit with City wetland staff and developed a list of action items necessary to <br /> implement the MIP in summer 2004 (drainage ditch removal, vegetation management, perimeter <br /> survey, etc.) <br /> General POS Assistance <br /> • Put together and submitted an application for the Department of State Lands 2003 Wetland Awards <br /> for the Willow Corner prairie restoration project <br /> • Provided maps and materials for the Rivers and Ridges lobbying effort <br /> • Updated WEW Ownership map (GIS version) <br /> • Produced an illustrative map for the Eugene Parks and Open Space newsletter (Sarah Finney) <br /> Mitigation Bank TA <br /> • Created a map depicting herbicide application areas for Dragonfly Bend and the Meadowlark Prairie <br /> Boot areas. <br /> • Drafted a letter from the Wetland Manager to partner agencies regarding updating the WEW <br /> Mitigation MOA and researched contact information. <br /> <br />
