The activities are broken down into four primary activity codes: Dragonfly Bend Habitat <br /> Enhancement Project (non-mitigation bank); Dragonfly Bend Mitigation Bank TA; General POS <br /> Assistance; and Mitigation Bank TA. This contract was amended on May 26 to add an additional <br /> $15,000 to the contract (total contract amount $42,500) and to extend the contract end date through <br /> February 1, 2005. <br /> Fourth Quarter Services Provided <br /> Dragonfly Bend Habitat Enhancement Project: <br /> • Revised conceptual concept diagram to reflect design changes (over aerial base) <br /> Dragonfly Bend Mitigation Bank TA: <br /> • Updated Dragonfly Bend Existing Conditions and Action Plan Maps to reflect updated wetland <br /> delineation. <br /> • Updated the Dragonfly Bend MIP narrative to reflect new wetland delineation and minor concept <br /> changes (upland prairie location, berm along road, water control structure). <br /> • Attended a Field Operations Group meeting (May 15). <br /> General POS Assistance <br /> • Met with Scott Duckett regarding a National Park Service application for technical assistance through <br /> the Rivers and Trails Community Assistance Program for a Ridgeline Area Master Plan. <br /> • Rivers and Trails Community Assistance Program grant writing (Christine Puetz). <br /> • Developed a list of property owners within'h mile of the potential National Hertitage Area (NHA) <br /> study boundary and produced associated map. <br /> • Printed an additional 50 copies of the River to Ridges vision document for Eugene POS use. <br /> • Developed a Parks and Open Space for city newsletter (Sarah Finney) <br /> • Printed an additional 10 sets of Stormwater Corridor Management Plans for Eugene POS use. <br /> • Created Butterfly Survey Routes Map. <br /> • Began Wild Iris Ridge Management Planning Procecess: <br /> • Developed an Existing Conditions Map (with 2004 aerial base) for the Wild Iris Ridge Site <br /> • Conducted three site visits to Wild Iris Ridge. <br /> • Researched and recorded Wild Iris Ridge historic and existing conditions. <br /> • Organized and lead a staff planning site visit to Wild Iris Ridge (June 29). <br /> • Developed a draft set of management goals for Wild Iris Ridge. <br /> <br />
