(541) 682-4567 Memorandum To: Eric Wold, Parks and Open Space Division, Wetlands Program Supervisor From: Jeff Krueger, Lane Council of Governments Subject: Wetland and Open Waterways Site Planning Technical Assistance Contract Date: October 20, 2005 This memorandum describes services rendered for the Wetland and Gpen Waterways Site Planning Technical Assistance Contract (#2004-05402) for the first quarter of fiscal year 2006 (July 1-September 30, 2005). This contract was amended in January 2005 to add an additional $2,000 and again in May 2005 to add an additional $5,000 (Ridgeline Planning Assistance). The end date of the contract was August 30, 2005. First Quarter FY 06 Services Provided GIS Mapping: • Produced two aerial plots showing the area of TNC ownership in west Eugene. Plotted on gloss paper and laminated (David Richey). General POS Assistance (includes LGS-Printing and Graphic Services) • Updated POS web maps (Sarah Finney). Mitigation Bank TA • Peter's property site visit. • Developed preliminary base maps for Peters property. Ridgeline Master Plan • Developed work program for project scoping effort. • Planned, coordinated, and facilitated three ridgeline area master plan scoping work sessions. • Developed several options for potential plan structure and plan elements. • Coordinated with City lead (Johnny Medlin), partner staff, and National Park Service (Sue Abbott). Direct Expenses: • None this quarter Work Program Status Enclosed is an invoice for $4,557 for the work completed during the first quarter of FY 06. With this billing, all tasks identified in the Scope of Work have been completed and the contract is closed.
