This contract was amended in January 2005 to add an additional $2,000 and again in May <br /> 2005 to add an additional $5,000 (Ridgeline Planning Assistance). The end date of the contract was <br /> August 30, 2005. <br /> First Quarter FY 06 Services Provided <br /> GIS Mapping: <br /> • Produced two aerial plots showing the area of TNC ownership in west Eugene. Plotted on gloss <br /> paper and laminated (David Richey). <br /> General POS Assistance (includes LGS-Printing and Graphic Services) <br /> • Updated POS web maps (Sarah Finney). <br /> Mitigation Bank TA <br /> • Peter's property site visit. <br /> • Developed preliminary base maps for Peters property. <br /> Ridgeline Master Plan <br /> • Developed work program for project scoping effort. <br /> • Planned, coordinated, and facilitated three ridgeline area master plan scoping work sessions. <br /> • Developed several options for potential plan structure and plan elements. <br /> • Coordinated with City lead (Johnny Medlin), partner staff, and National Park Service (Sue Abbott). <br /> Direct Expenses: <br /> • None this quarter <br /> Work Program Status <br /> Enclosed is an invoice for $4,557 for the work completed during the first quarter of FY 06.
