OVERVIEW <br /> LCOG will provide various types of technical assistance and coordination services for the Parks <br /> and Open Space Division of Public Works, particularly for the Wetlands Program. The specific <br /> tasks and desired products are outlined below in Sections B and C of this exhibit. <br /> B. BUDGET <br /> Description Find Cost <br /> 1 General technical assistance for the Mitigation Bank 536-9630 2,500 <br /> 2 Technical assistance for the Dragonfly Bend Mitigation GJN 4141 5,000 <br /> Bank project. <br /> 3 Technical assistance for the Dragonfly Bend Habitat GJN 4168 5,000 <br /> Enhancement Project <br /> 4 Technical assistance for other Wetlands Program and 535-9630 15,000 <br /> Parks and Open Space projects <br /> TOTAL $27,500 <br /> C. WORK ACTIVITIES <br /> 1. General technical assistance for the Mitigation Bank [$2,500] <br /> a. Produce as-construct plans using an aerial photo base for mitigation bank credit <br /> certification. This could include as-construct plans for Greenhill Phase III, Turtle Swale, <br /> Oxbow West, Willow Corner, or other sites with mitigation projects in progress. <br /> b. Attend Mitigation Bank Review Team (MBRT) meetings to present information on <br /> proposed mitigation improvement plans. <br /> c. Provide mitigation bank technical assistance (e.g., mapping, site analysis) as needed (to <br /> be identified by the Wetlands Program Supervisor). <br /> d.
