f <br /> AMENDMENT NO.1 <br /> <br /> ~rr TO <br /> City of Eugene Contract No. 2004-05402 <br /> This Amendment is made to the Intergovernmental Agreement Contract dated July 1, 2004 <br /> between the City of Eugene and Lane Council of Governments (LCOG). <br /> City and Agency mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br /> • Section 2: Time for Completion. The performance period shall be extended until February <br /> 1, 2005. <br /> • Section 3: Consideration.
