I believe this is due to the challenge I <br /> faced with satisfying the BLM's desires for the document. I found this to be somewhat <br /> fivstrating, and hope that the City understands the dynamics azound that fluid situation. <br /> I sincerely appreciate your support, Terry. <br /> Next Steps: I understand that Eric and his staff aze finalizing the EA for the BLM, and I <br /> appreciate their efforts. The Delineation Report is complete and will be reviewed when <br /> it i$ submitted with the permit applications. I will be focusing my efforts on the Site <br /> 27661 Crow Road Review and JPA / GA permits, preparing those for submittal in early Mazch. I will be <br /> Eugene, OR 97402 arranging apre-application meeting with the Corps for the week of Mazch 1.
