Site Review Document Pre . $ 1700.00 <br /> Milea ma hotoco ies $ 500.00 $ 218.19 $ 411.55 <br /> TOTAL $21,325.00 ;13:1! _L 512,034.05 <br /> /0 ~ Tai <br /> y In this time period: I participated in several meetings with City and BLM staff moved <br /> the EA through 6 draft versions; finalized the Delineation Report; reviewed and <br /> provided input to the 30% construction documents; and drafted the Joint Permit <br /> Application and the General Authorization application for state and federal agencies. <br /> As you can see from the above accounting on the project, more time was spent on the <br /> Environmental Assessment than anticipated. I believe this is due to the challenge I <br /> faced with satisfying the BLM's desires for the document. I found this to be somewhat <br /> fivstrating, and hope that the City understands the dynamics azound that fluid situation. <br /> I sincerely appreciate your support, Terry. <br /> Next Steps: I understand that Eric and his staff aze finalizing the EA for the BLM, and I <br /> appreciate their efforts. The Delineation Report is complete and will be reviewed when <br /> it i$ submitted with the permit applications. I will be focusing my efforts on the Site <br /> 27661 Crow Road Review and JPA / GA permits, preparing those for submittal in early Mazch. I will be <br /> Eugene, OR 97402 arranging apre-application meeting with the Corps for the week of Mazch 1.
