Broadway <br /> Eugene, OR 97401 <br /> RE: City of Eugene Price Agreement #0739-791-9971 #27 <br /> Dragonfly Bend Habitat Enhancement (DBHE) Project <br /> City Project Number #4168 <br /> PWR #299 <br /> Dear Terry: <br /> This letter and its attachments (i.e. Scope of Work and Fee Estimate) constitute our agreement to provide the City <br /> professional engineering services for its Dragonfly Bend Habitat Enhancement (DBHE) project (#4168). We <br /> propose to perform all work in accordance with our existing price agreement (#0739-791-9971 #27) dated Apri128, <br /> 2003. <br /> This agreement covers only initial fluvial geomorphic services as described. Based on our current understanding, <br /> we anticipate that our total fee for this phase of work shall not exceed $10,000. In the event that this amount <br /> appears insufficient, PWR shall work with the City to obtain an appropriately executed contract amendment prior to <br /> proceeding. The results of this contract maybe recommendations for additional studies in the future. Any <br /> additional studies or future phases of work are specifically not included by this agreement. <br /> If this letter and its attachments are acceptable, please indicate your approval by signing two copies and returning <br /> them for our execution.
