The amendment authorizes PWR to <br /> provide the City with design review services in accordance with our existing price agreement (#0739-791- <br /> . 9971 #27) dated April 28, 2003. <br /> This amendment covers only the design review services descn'bed in the attachmens. We anticipate that <br /> our total fee for this phase of work shall not exceed $23,500. In the event that this amount appears <br /> <br /> j insufflcieirt, PWR shall work with the City to obtain an appropriately executed contract amendment prior <br /> to proceeding. The results of this contract may include recommendations for additional studies by PWR <br /> or others. Any additional studies or future phases of work are specifically excluded from this amendment. <br /> If this letter and its attachments are acceptable, please indicate your approval by signing two copies and <br /> returning them for our execution.
