Notes of Meeting for Dragonfly Bend habitat Enhancement <br /> June 2, 2003 <br /> <br /> Attendees: Trevor Taylor, Jeff Krueger, Jack Long, Eric Wold, Michelle Cahill, <br /> <br /> Scott Duckett, Scott Milovich, Kevin Finney, Paul Klope, Terry Colvin, and Steve <br /> Gallup for some <br /> Meeting started with Background and Information given by Scott Duckett. Scott <br /> provided some background to the availability of funds Through BLM, how it came <br /> about and some of the requirements to use of the funds. <br /> Those requirements are: <br /> • Used for the purpose of "On The Ground" effort. That is, actual physical <br /> enhancements, not for use of planning efforts such as storm water way master <br /> plans. <br /> • Used for Riparian enhancements. <br /> • Substantial completion by Sept. 30th 2004 <br /> Permits, reviews and.... <br /> • Environmental Assessment required. This will be reviewed and approved at the <br /> local level. Eric will provide samples and clarification of the requirements of <br /> the EA.
