<br /> Elids shall be accompanied by a certified
<br /> check, cashier's check or bidder's bond pay-
<br /> able to the City of Eugene in an amount
<br /> egwal to ten percent of the amount bid. Filing
<br /> of 8 qualification questionnaire before bidding
<br /> will not be required. Contingent or conditional
<br /> bide will not be considered for acceptance.
<br /> Na bid will be received or considered unless
<br /> the bid contains a statement by the, bidder
<br /> that provisions of ORS 279.350 pertaining to
<br /> prevailing wage rates shall be complied with.
<br /> Prime Bidders are required to submit, with
<br /> all bid proposal documents prior to the bid
<br /> closing date and time, a list of First-Tier Sub-
<br /> contrectors as defined in ORS 279.027. For
<br /> this project, the First-Tier Subcontractor Dis-
<br /> closure Statement must be submitted regard-
<br /> less of the bid amount.
<br /> Wo bid will be acrept~d by the City unless it
<br /> contains a statement by the bidder as a part
<br /> of the bid that the bidder in carryingg out the
<br /> contract will comply with all applicable laws.
<br /> The City may re/act any bid not in compli-
<br /> ance with all prescribed public bidding proce-
<br /> dufes and requirements, and may reject for
<br /> gopd cause any or all bids or to waive any
<br /> speafcation or requirement upon a finding of
<br /> thQ City that it is in the public interest to do
<br /> so.
