The <br /> Contract is therefore awarded to Wildish Constnrc;tion Co. for a total amount of <br /> $16,589,175.71, based on the sum of Phases I, II, III, and IV. <br /> As the contract describes, the pmject and related phases will begin by the issuance of a <br /> Notice to Proceed as the pmject funding becomes available. The approved amount for the <br /> Phase I construction, as described in the Phase I Notice to Proceed, will be reduced from <br /> 59,790,687.40 to 58,431,975 until future funding is received. <br /> We look forward to working with you and the successful completion of this project. <br /> .
