<br /> DISCLOSURE OF FIRST-TIER SUBCONTRACTORS Bidders are`

<br /> ORS 279.027. For this project, the First-Tier Spbcontractor Dfsclowre

<br /> ASBESTOS ABATEMENT: Asbestos abatement work is not antici-
<br /> paled on this Project If such work is required, Contrailors shall
<br /> comply with ORS 279.350.
<br /> EMPLOYEE DRUG TESTING PROGRAM: Pursuant to ORS
<br /> 279.312(2), aU uxitradors and wbcantradors working on public
<br /> improvement contrails shall demonstrate that an empbyee drug
<br /> testlng program is in place. A certificate of Bidder /Contractor of
