We received <br /> bids from three contractors as follows: Wildish Construction Co; $16,589,175.71; Morse Bros, <br /> Inc. $16,589,994.04; and Kiewit Pacific $20,728,642.15. Please find enclosed the following <br /> items: <br /> • Bid Tabulation of all bidders -two copies <br /> • Mead and Hunts engineers estimate <br /> • Lowest bid proposal <br /> • Copy of the bid bond <br /> • Copies of DBE documentation and commitments <br /> In reviewing the proposals; the City of Eugene is recommending awarding the contract to the low <br /> bidder, Wildish Construction Co. All of the contractors met or exceeded the 8.5 % DBE <br /> utilization.
