The contract duration will be for two years, with the option of fi <br /> year renewal periods by mutual agreement of City and Contractor. The plug <br /> prices will remain at the quoted bid price for the life of the contract. For the d <br /> contract, there will be a minimum of ten (1 O) species grown and potentially a~ <br /> species. The total quantity of plugs and bare root material requested will nev <br /> 10,000 plants each year. <br /> 2.0 Contract Award Policy: It is the City's intention to award a contract to the low <br /> meeting the City's minimum requirements, including successful reference chE <br /> 3.0 Grow-out Specifications and Species <br /> 3.1.
