Of the remaining plug plants, 21,250 are funded by the
Bureau of Land Management (GJN 4214 and GJN 3682) for Bureau of Land Management projects.
The outstanding 560 plants are funded by Amazon Park Improvements (GJN 3870}. The amendment
allows the contract to proceed while maintaining the bid price for subsequent contract renewals.
The number of plugs produced by Trillium Gardens will be reduced to 21,810 and the number of bare
root plants will be reduced to 0. However, the not-to-exceed contract amount remains the same as well a
the ability for City to purchase bare root plants in the future. Under this amendment, Trillium Gardens
will receive $15,485.10 to grow plug plants of 17 species.
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain in full force and effect.
Please sign the attached copies of the amendment and return them to my mailbox.
