The site is located off Good Pasture Island Road, south of Darlene Lane, originating from a <br /> newly constructed multi-use path near the City parking lot. Construction of the boardwalk and overlook <br /> is part of overall site master planning for Delta Ponds as identified in Delta Ponds: A Vision for <br /> Enhancement and Management. <br /> City requested that Mike Shippey of Coyote Creek Environmental Services submit a proposal for wetland <br /> permit application services, given the contractor's prior knowledge and work on site, as well as the <br /> contractor's agreement to meet the City's tight timeline in preparation for the 2006 construction season. <br /> Specifications are as follows: <br /> • Task l . Wetland Delineation. In 2004, the contractor conducted the delineation of the Ponds <br /> complex. Further research is required to firmly establish the boundaries between upland and <br /> wetland within the specific area of proposed boardwalk/overlook construction. The contractor <br /> proposes preliminary analysis, field research, and report development and submittal, including <br /> client and agency coordination for concurrence during review. <br /> • Task 2. Joint Permit Application Preparation. A Joint Permit Application will be prepared and <br /> submitted to necessary agencies (PDD, DSL and ACE). <br /> Contractor intends to begin and complete work within 15 days of a signed contract, after March l~`, 2006 <br /> and complete work prior to May 30~', 2006.
