Joint Pernnit Application Prep., $2660.00 $1775.00 <br /> Submittal & Coord. _ _ _ _ <br /> Milea e~maps, photocopies 250.00 ~ 246.19 <br /> TOTAL" _ _ $6716.00 "$4221.19 <br /> In this time Aeriod: I conducted the delineation for the corridor of development for <br /> the boardwalk and overlook; ordered a database search from the Oregon Natural <br /> Heritage Database; coordinated with Scott Millovich regarding design of the <br /> boardwalk and overlook; drafted the Delineation Report of Findings and the Joint <br /> Permit Application; finalized the documents following your review and input; <br /> provided the documents to the City Planning Department for their review and to <br /> obtain their signature on the Planning Affidavit; and transmitted the documents to <br /> your office and the US Army Corps of Engineers for their processing. The Corps <br /> issued their permit on January 24, 2007 (permit #NWP-2007-20). <br /> Neat steps: It se ms that we may have provided the Corps with a set of drawings <br /> ect scale. I will revise the information and ask for anupdate / <br /> modification to their permit. We will still fall below the threshold for needing a state <br /> permit.
