They were able to issue their authorized modifications on March <br /> „K, ~ 30, 2007. Your project is good to go! <br /> "A'i a <br /> Nezt stews: Please review the Corps permit carefully, as they have some conditions <br /> the City will need to follow. Essentially these are a) the City shall notify the Corps <br /> (by email) prior to beginning construction; b) erosion controls shall be maintained <br /> until permanent controls are in place; c) pollutants shall be prevented ftom entering <br /> waterways; d) excavated materials will be disposed at a n upland location; e) heavy <br /> equipment shall be clean and free of leaks; f) re=vegetation of disturbed areas will be <br /> conducted as soon as possible.
