To date, all the fence and gate <br /> posts have been set along the multi-use path, around the guy wire anchors, and around the main radio <br /> tower. Remaining tasks include installation of railing and gates, as well as the removal of the existing <br /> fence around the radio tower. <br /> Additionally, an amendment to the original estimate is required due to an additional charge of $1,080 to <br /> add extra footage (241f.) around radio tower. Original footage estimates vYere based on constructing the <br /> new fence in the same location as the existing fence; extra footage is needed in order for the new fence to <br /> be constructed around the existing fence prior to removal of the existing fence. <br /> The original contract amount was $8,200.
