This request was to move $137,342..22 in (STP-U) funds from phase 2 to phase 1 to <br /> cover the overrun. STP-U funds federal participation is 89.73%. The federal funds would be $123,237.17 with a match amount of <br /> $14,105.05 (Because of the way our system rounds numbers, I made the request for $14,105.04.) Per Agreement number 20958, <br /> the Gity of Eugene is to pay the match. <br /> On March 24, 2006 there was an email from Debby Corey to Judy Sherrard with Cc: Susan Payne and Ted Keasey. The subject <br /> lines was Central Lane MTIP amendment 2006-08. This is the email that put the STIP amendment into action.
