It is our understanding that the cost ofmaking this . <br /> conversion is estimated at $90,000, and the work could be completed by March 2006. We have <br /> provided electronic drawings to Steve for the design,• and this letter serves as the City's fomnal <br /> request to proceed with the design and construction to make this conversion. <br /> We look forward to working with you on this project.
