Brief description of the proposed contract change(s) and location(s). <br /> <br /> 480 -Decommission Septic Tank <br /> <br /> The contractor exposed an old septic tank under proposed Greenhill Road West (103+50), that apparently was <br /> part of the Kokkler homestead. This tank was pumped out, filled with crushed rock and the top was crushed. <br /> <br /> 490 -Stake erosion matting <br /> Placement of erosion matting staking at 10' intervals along the top of the mat. <br /> 500 -Cedar Trees -1-1/2" caliper I <br /> Furnish and install 10 trees. Plant 5 trees where staked on Airport road at approximately 10+00 right. Plant 5 trees <br /> along Greenhill Road East at approximately 126+00 right. <br /> 510 -Reflective Markers <br /> Replace 53 damaged reflective markers on Airport Road and Greenhill Road East. <br /> S20 - Restripe Parker Driveway, Douglas Drive <br /> Replace the striping on the driveway to Parker Industries. The driveway required a significant adjustment (included <br /> in the plans), but did not indicate that striping would be replaced. Replace striping on Douglas Drive as directed in <br /> the field. <br /> 530 -Install additional MUTCD signs <br /> Furnish and install 2 each W4-4P (cross traffic does not stop), 2 each I-5 (airport), 2 each M6-3 (arrow), 2 each <br /> W14-1 (dead end), 1 each W1-1 R (right arrow). <br /> 540 -Upgrade Light poles to Breakaway <br /> Change light poles to include the breakaway base and foundation.
