The contour would lie adjacent to the roadside ditch, apparently <br /> resulting in the ditch being jurisdictional and adding (80' I x 8.5'w 680.00 square feet to the Study Area. The <br /> ' broader ditch lies just west of the Airport Connector at the north-south drainage, at the mouth of the culverts, just <br /> ' beyond the Study Area. You can see the label "SD" on existing Airport Road where the culverts lie.
