This particular area was delineated by R'ET, Inc., in 1993, updated in 1999; additional delineation <br /> has been recently conducted by Coyote Creek Environmental Services, Inc.. <br /> The Airport currently holds a !0 year permit from the Corps of <br /> Engineers (originally Issued in 1999) for the various phases of this <br /> expansion project. The current phase is included in that Corps permit.
