The maps are based upon aerial photo-interpretation, soils mapping and data sampling <br /> collected during the delineation. A copy of these maps has been provided to the DSL and the <br /> Corps. I am co~dent that the wetland area and impact areas will prove to be smaller than now <br /> held by DSL. <br /> At this time, we are getting dangerously close to losing the federal funding (approximately <br /> $2 million) for the project. The City of Eugene needs to have both the Corps and the State <br /> permits in hand prior to advertising the Airport Road realignment.
