PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> Architect and Engineer <br /> BETWEEN: The City of Eugene, an Oregon <br /> Municipal Corporation <br /> AND: Pavement Services, Inc. <br /> Contract No.: 2005-00229 <br /> This contract is being established per the terms and conditions of Personal Services <br /> Master Contract master contract 2003-00216 dated November 21, 2002, between the <br /> City of Eugene (City) and Pavement Services, Inc.
