If funding aNows road fund eligible work outside ODOT right of way <br /> and within the limits of the proposed developers improvements may also be done under this project This <br /> may include construction of Brackenfern Drive approximately 600 feet south of the intersection of the <br /> realigned Glenwood Drive frontage road and Moon Mountain <br /> Under AGREEMENTS, COUNTY AGREES TO, No. 1, page 2, which now reads: <br /> 1. COUNTY, per Board Order No. 02-8-13-3, grants CITY up to $200,000 to be used for Road Fund <br /> eligible expenditures allowable under the Oregon Constitution, Article IX, Section 3a for the Judkjns Point <br /> interchange Glenwood Boulevard improvements described above. <br /> Shall be amended to read: <br /> 1.
