I have asked Paul Klope to <br /> develop a project schedule to determine when we would need to start work to advertise a project July 1. I have also <br /> asked Paul to put together a design budget in order to complete the design this fiscal year and be ready to advertise July <br /> 1. The goal is to build the bridge in the summer of 2006. I believe the design budget will be ~ $25,000.
