I suspect that it will make it through the budget process and the funds appropriated for FY07. 1 have <br /> asked Paul Klope to develop a project schedule to determine when we would need to start work to advertise a <br /> project July 1. I have also asked Paul to put together a design budget in order to complete the design this fiscal <br /> 1/12/2006 <br /> <br />
