<br /> - AMENDMENT NO.One TO <br /> City of Eugene Contract No. 2006 - 00229 <br /> This Amendment is made to the Personal Services Contract dated March 13, 2006, between the <br /> City of Eugene (City) and OBEC Consulting Engineers (Contractor). <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to amend and extend the contract referenced above as <br /> follows: <br /> Amendment to add construction engineering services during the construction of a bridge <br /> to cross the A-2 Drainage Channel in the Golden Gardens Park to provide emergency <br /> access to the park.
