We will prepare technical memorandum reports for each roadway <br /> segment to present our 1•indings and recommendations. These reports will include design <br /> documentation, distress maps and typical sections depicting our design recommendations. The <br /> backcalculated subgrade resilient modulus, effective structural number of the existing pavement and the <br /> required structural number (based on the traffic loading) for each test location will be plotted versus the <br /> street stationing and included in the design reports. <br /> Field Review Meeting <br /> We have assumed one meeting with City staff for field review of the projects. <br /> Project Schedule <br /> Our estimated schedule for the work is shown below in Table 2. This schedule is preliminary since the <br /> date of Notice to Proceed is uncertain and some adjustment may be needed in the schedules shown <br /> below for the various tasks depending upon when the Notice to Proceed is issued. Our estimated fee for this work is $70,749 as itemized in Table 3, which we agree not exceed <br /> without your prior authorization.
