This proposal is for pavement rehabilitation analysis consisting of falling <br /> weight deflectometer (FWD) testing, subsurface explorations, equivalent single-axle load (ESAL) <br /> calculations, and analysis on the following city streets: <br /> • 5"' Avenue from Washington to Blair, 2,067 feet <br /> • Bailey Hill Road from 18"' to Bertelsen, 6,007 feet <br /> • Barger from Highway 99 to Altamont, 2,381 feet <br /> • Centennial Boulevard from Lindley to Centennial Loop, 7,902 feet <br /> • Crescent from 50 feet East of Shadowview to Coburg, 2,123 feet <br /> • East Amazon Parkway from Hilyard to Dillard, 5,782„ <br /> • Hawkins Lane from West 18"' to 100 feet South of Videra, 6,241 feet <br /> • Jefferson from West 5~' Avenue to West 7"' Avenue, 761 feet <br /> • Norkenzie from Green Acres to Beltline Bridge, 1,293 feet <br /> BACKGROUND AND APPROACH <br /> Based on information provided by Mr. Matt Rodrigues, we understand that the Ciry is considering <br /> rehabilitation of the above-listed road sections. We have completed a preliminary evaluation of <br /> the existing pavements at the site. There is limited potential for overlay on these road sections <br /> due to curbs and existing grades. Distress is predominately limited to transverse cracking and <br /> <br />
