The proposals are fairly firm but <br /> we may need to adjust the time/fee if any unforseen issues come up during our research and <br /> <br /> valuation analysis. Also, the time frames for each project are quoted as consecutive schedules <br /> rather than concurrent--if working on both projects simultaneously, we can complete both <br /> projects in io weeks. We'd also need clarification of the issues in the wastewater line project <br /> that you and Rick discussed this morning. <br /> If these terms are acceptable, you may authorize us to proceed via a-mail. If there are any <br /> questions, please feel free to contact Rick at your convenience. We look forward to being of <br /> service in these appraisal assignments. <br /> --LC <br /> WASTEWATER LINE EASEMENTS <br /> • Proposed partial acquisition for the placement of a sewer line and a temporary construction easement on five parcels <br /> • Estimate the fair market value of the part taken, including any damages to the remainder, for each of the individual <br /> properties, identified as follows: <br /> o Royal Avenue Properties, LLC: Map 17-04-20, TL 2400 <br /> o Mary Cooper, Trustee, Gary L. Hawkins Irrevocable Trust: Map 17-04-29, TL 1501 <br /> 0 5710 Royal, LLC: Map 17-04-29, TL 1301 <br /> o Bounds Joint Trust: Map 17-04-29, TL 1300 <br /> o Debby Lyn and Dennis Joll: Map 17-04-29-13, TL 100 <br /> • The fee for the assignment will not exceed $15,000. Three copies will be provided, with additional copies billed at <br /> time and material costs. <br /> • The estimated time for completion of these services would be 8 weeks from receipt of authorization to proceed. <br /> NEW DRAINAGE CHANNEL EASEMENTS <br /> • Proposed partial acquisition for the placement of a new drainage channel on four parcels <br /> Estimate the fair market value of the part taken, including any damages to the remainder, for each of the individual <br /> properties, identified as follows: <br /> o Aikon, LLC: Map 17-04-20, TL 3000 <br /> o Bounds Joint Trust: Map 17-04-20, TL 2700 <br /> o Doane Revocable Living Trust: Map 17-04-20, TLs 2800 & 2900 <br /> • The fee for the assignment will not exceed $10,000.
