The two projects include <br /> the Legacy wastewater line extension and astormwater/channel project. <br /> The affected parcels for the Legacy wastewater project include: <br /> Tax lot 2400 on map 17-04-20 -Royal Ave. Properties LLC <br /> Tax lof 1501 on map 17-04-29 -Cooper <br /> Tax lot 1301 on map 17-04-29 -Royal LLC <br /> Tax lot 1300 on map 17-04-29 -Bounds <br /> Tax lot 100 on map 17-04-29-13 - Joll <br /> The affected parcels for the stormwater improvement project are all on assessor's map 17-04-29 and include: <br /> Tax lot 2700 -Bounds <br /> Tax lot 2800 & 2900 -Doane <br /> Tax lot 3000 - Aikon LLC <br /> The city previously provided maps illustrating these areas with computations of the proposed acquisition areas and the <br /> extent of wetlands upon the proposed acquisition areas. Please don't hesitate to either call or email if you have questions <br /> or need further clarification. The reports may be completed in summary format but will all need to be completed consistent <br /> to eminent domain laws. We will need 3 copies of each report, as one must be provided to the owner along with the city's <br /> offer to purchase.
