Please don't hesitate to either call or email if you have questions <br /> or need further clarification. The reports may be completed in summary format but will all need to be completed consistent <br /> to eminent domain laws. We will need 3 copies of each report, as one must be provided to the owner along with the city's <br /> offer to purchase.
