LLC) and 17-04x20-00-2400 (Hawkins) <br /> Legacy Wastewater Extension Project <br /> Dear Sarah: <br /> I have ordered the funds necessary to close the referenced escrows. <br /> Per our telephone conversation last week, there is a possibility that the City <br /> will need to compensate Mr. Hawkins for the loss of his chicken coop. <br /> The appraisal assigned no value to the chicken coop, but the owner had <br /> some question as to compensation. At this time we are estimating the <br /> additional compensation to be no more than $.300. <br /> The funds necessary to close are: $ 591.00 (Royal Avenue Properties LLC) <br /> $ 419.00 (Scherer/Hawkins Trust) <br /> $ 300.00 (Potential cost of chicken coop) <br /> TOTAL: $1,310.00 (any excess to be refunded) <br /> Mr. Scherer will discuss the chicken coop issue with Mr. Hawkins and you <br /> will be instructed accordingly. I anticipate either no charge for the coop or <br /> perhaps a small settlement amount (as the chicken coop is in poor <br /> condition and really has no value). <br /> Let me know if you have any questions!
