BROGDEN Lynn
crom: CAHILL Michelle R
~,:ent: Friday, April 13, 2007 12:46 PM
To: TINTLE Robert D; NOBLE Bob P
Cc: HIGGINS Teri L; COX Patrick M; SMITH Tammy D; BROGDEN Lynn; SCHOENING Mark A
Subject: RE: Air Cargo WW funding
This is great Robert.
We will go forward and route contracts for signature.
I suggest we go ahead and separate out the Connect Oregon grant into the 3 main projects. I understand we have two
project #'s now and 3 job numbers (GJN) but most of the expenses to date are in the GJN 4394. Separating the WW
project from the warehouse project and the airfield project will facilitate our ability to manage the budget we are
responsible for.
Patrick is willing to go through the expenses to date and identify and confirm with you the expenses that should be moved
out of 4394 and where to put them.
I understand there currently are
Project # GJN
975182 4394 Wastewater
975182 4463 warehouse
975272 4464 airfield
Note the duplicate project number for 4394 and 4463. This means anything charged to these job numbers goes to the
same expense tracking report.
If we could get a new project # for the warehouse GJN 4463 it will be easier to track and manage budgets including
~xpenses. The grant reporting would then need to include all three project # /GJN.
Is this plan okay with you?
Mc
x6855
From: TINTLE Robert D
Sent: Friday, April 13, 2007 10:42 AM
To: CAHILL Michelle R; NOBLE Bob P
Cc: HIGGINS Teri L; COX Patrick M; SMITH Tammy D
Subject: RE: Air Cargo WW funding
Yes, we can move forward with the $712k from project #975182 (GJN 4394). Project #975182 includes the full budget for
the Connect Oregon grant. It was the first project number created and all of the budget placed there. Recently, we added
more project numbers and GJNs to track the projects and grants. That is why you see a larger budget amount in #
975182. It also includes the warehouse piece.
From: CAHILL Michelle R
Sent: Wednesday, April 11, 2007 3:02 PM
To: TINTLE Robert D; NOBLE Bob P
Cc: HIGGINS Teri L; COX Patrick M; SMITH Tammy D
Subject: Air Cargo WW funding
Hi Robert and Bob,
We have opened bids on the Air Cargo Wastewater job 4394 and Patrick has put together an estimate for just under
$712,000. Does this amount fit with projections from Connect Oregon which I understand is the source of funding (thru
Airport fund 512) for this project. If not, is there another source?

~Ve would like to get the budget figured out so we could send out contracts late this week.
Are you okay moving forward with the project and allocating the $712k? If so, from where?
me
1
