VALUES, VISION, AND PROGRAMMING <br /> The purpose of the Values, Vision and Programming phase of master planning is to re-evaluate <br /> and articulate the main goals and purpose of the West Eugene Wetland Education Center. It is <br /> important at this stage of the project for the Policy Team to agree on specific and precise goals. <br /> These goals and principles will be used to measure the success of the subsequent planning and <br /> design scenarios. <br /> Programming, which has been undertaken in previous planning work will be updated to <br /> correspond to the current vision for the center. The main user groups will be interviewed for <br /> new information about space needs, use patterns, and other requirements. <br /> 2 1 PROGRAMMING APRIL 2007 <br /> Steps: <br /> 1. Generate draft program #1 based on previous and new project information from WEW-PM. <br /> (RBA) <br /> 2. Meeting with Planning Team to review draft program. (RBA) <br /> 3. Meet with Policy Team to review draft program and set policy level decisions concerning <br /> program. (RBA) <br /> 4. With assistance from WEW-PM conduct interviews to update program up to (6) 2-hour <br /> meetings. (RBA) <br /> 5. Generate and Issue updated draft program #2 to Planning Team. <br /> - Deliverables: <br /> A. Draft Program #1(RBA) <br /> B. Draft Program #2 (RBA), <br /> 2 2 VISION AND VALUES APRIL 2007 <br /> 1. Hold "Program, Values & Vision" meeting with Policy Team.
