Exhibit `B' <br /> Scope of Services and Schedule of Rates <br /> Construct concrete art sand play tables and features per attached illustration, Exhibit `C' <br /> and input from designer in the field at Willakenzie Park, 1735 Best Lane, Eugene, <br /> Oregon. Work and schedule to be coordinated with 2G Construction (General Contractor <br /> for other park improvements). <br /> City of Eugene will provide the following: <br /> 1) 40 hours in-field labor as requested and required by Robinson Earthscaping <br /> 2) Materials in quantities and sizes as required by Robinson Earthscaping, <br /> delivered to the site: <br /> Concrete and Pumping (approx. 3 yds) <br /> 1 Standard Cement Mixer (3 cu/ft) <br /> <br /> Additional materials required for construction shall be supplied by Ray Robinson of <br /> Robinson Earthscaping. The contractor shall be compensated for contractor-supplied <br /> materials upon receipt of invoices listing materials and associated costs. <br /> Contractor shall be paid at the rate of $45.00 per hour for labor and travel time, plus <br /> compensation for contractor-supplied materials as noted above. Payment schedule <br /> shall be as follows: ~ <br /> $500 deposit to be delivered to contractor on first day of work on site. Q1~ <br /> Progress payments up to 50% of remainder of contract to be paid at two week <br /> interval upon receipt of invoice for labor and materials. <br /> Final payment due to contractor upon receipt of invoice for labor and materials at <br /> project completion. <br /> Payment for intermediate and final invoices shall be made within 10 days of <br /> receipt of invoice. <br /> <br /> Total contract price shall not exceed $6,500 for work to be completed by Robinson <br /> Earthscaping., including labor and contractor-supplied materials. <br /> <br />
