• Monthly project progress reports that must include current status, unresolved issues, and <br />major accomplishments during the month; <br />• Management of labor and sub-contractor resources; <br />' • Development and maintenance of a Project filing system; <br />• Project Narrative; and <br />• Meetings, as required, to successfully deliver the work of this SOW. <br />,y,.p~p...e, ,B~ <br />,i°7~:I, ~~ <br />Contractor shall provide: <br />~ Monthly Progress reports that must include current status, unresolved issues, and major <br />accomplishments during the month; <br />~ Monthly Invoices that must include a breakdown of hours worked, by whom, and their title; <br />and <br />• Written minutes are to be provided to Agency within ten (10) days from each meeting. <br />IVieeting minutes must include: <br />^ Discussion summary; <br />^ Material written on meeting room white board; and <br />^ Next Steps. <br />• Contractor shall contact Agency, other Contractors, and other agency staff to gather <br />information on the project, project site, regulations and guidance, unless directed otherwise, <br />including: <br />• Direct communication via phone, email, post, and office visits; <br />• Meeting attendance; and <br />• Arrange and attend joint field visits. <br />• Prepare a file for the projecf containing the following: <br />• Record of all contacts with Agency, other ageney, and other Contractor staff; <br />• Summary of important informatiori, decisions and guidance received; <br />• Relevant portions of project meeting minutes; and <br />• Copies of all correspondence. <br />~~p °a ~' °' ~' ~ <br />Contractor shall: <br />• Coordinate with appropriate contacts; and <br />• Prepare and maintain a project file. <br />The purpose of Task 2 is to identify areliaeological resources that may be affected during the <br />proposed transportation project. The Baseline/Reconnaissance Report is a scoping report, not a <br />technical report, and will be used to help design construction alternatives and determine the <br />extent of a Phase 1 Technical Survey and Report, if requested by Agency. <br />The Baseline/Reconnaissance Report required under this task shall include a description of the <br />area of potential impact (API), a detailed project description, detailed historical context and <br />~- ethno-historical information, methodology, recommendations for future work, a summary, <br />Archaeology Scope of Work -GJN 4479 <br />
