Per our agreement <br />24516, the city of Eugene is to deposit their share of the preliminary engineering. The following is <br />a summary of the estimated cost for the project: <br />Estimated preliminary engineering by ODOT $10,000.00 <br />Estimated Preliminary engineering by consultant $90,076.40 <br />Estimated preliminary engineering by Eugene $11,368.00 <br />Less: Match amount for work done by Eugene ($10,418.40) <br />Less: Federal funds ~$99,999.59~ <br />Amount Due $1,027.00 <br />You may use one of the three options for payment outlined in our attachment. Please submit your <br />advance deposit by November 25, 2007. Please return the remittance copy of this letter to ensure <br />the proper project is credited. <br />When making your advance deposit please make it based on tre agreemer_t number and r_ot ~n the <br />project number.
