SOURCE(S) OF WATER for the proposed use: Golden Gardens Ponds a <br />tributary of <br />2. TOTAL AMOUNT OF WATER to be diverted: cubic feet per second, or <br />100 gallons per minute. If water is to be used from xnore than one source, give the <br />quantity from each: <br />3. DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED PROJECT: Include a description of the intended place <br />of use as shown on the accoznpanying site map, the method o~water diversion, the type <br />of equipment to be used (including pump horsepower, if applicable), length and <br />dimensions of supply ditches and pipelines: <br />The Golden Gardens Ponds are an abandon qravel mininca site with steep banks. The proiect <br />will reduce the slone of the banks bv excavation. Once the site contourinq is done. native <br />plants will be installed in various locations around the ponds. Water from the ponds will be <br />pumped to the new plants to~he(p establish their qrowth. Portable pumps will be used by <br />a contractor selected bv aublic biddina arocess.
