WHAT'S NEXT: <br />`'' Design will begin this fa11/winter, with formal bidding of the project in the spring. Following <br />that, a public hearing will be scheduled to give abutting property owners an opportunity to <br />discuss the project with a hearings official before the City Council makes a final decision on <br />initiating construction. Assessment estimates based on the low bid will be made available during <br />the public hearing. Construction is expected ta occur next spring or suminer. Assessments will <br />be levied to individual properties in the winter of 2008/2009. <br />If you have any additional questions, about the project initiation, please contact Cindy Mumau at <br />682-5504.
